Healthy Indulgence was never meant to be just a recipe collection.
It was created out of necessity - and refined through years of learning, testing, and living this way every day.
After being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and a stomach ulcer in 2016, I had to completely rethink the way I eat. What started as a restriction became an opportunity - to create food that is both nourishing and deeply satisfying.
